“Listen, I tell you a mystery: We will not all sleep, but we will all be changed—in a flash, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed. For the perishable must clothe itself with the imperishable, and the mortal with immortality.” – 1 Corinthians 15:51-53
People may debate as to when this glorious event will happen, but regardless of anyone’s ideas, this “mystery” will come to pass. That wonderful day will come, and it is truly something all believers in Jesus can look forward to. Right now, it certainly looks like this could happen soon. I have heard people say that there are so many things happening in our world today, they’re not watching for more “signs”, they are listening for “the trumpet”. That’s an interesting way of putting it. But the important thing is, no matter when this ultimate day comes, it WILL happen! You can count on it! “Therefore, encourage one another with these words” (1 Thessalonians 4:18).
Lord, help us to keep our eyes AND ears open as we work for You on our Mission every day! God bless you all and keep looking up!

“Now when these things begin to happen, look up and lift up your heads, because your redemption draws near.” – Luke 21:28
Jesus tells us that no one but the Father in heaven knows the day or the hour of Christ’s return (Matthew 24:36). But Jesus also tells us many times that we are to be ready and WATCHING (Matthew 24:42-44). What are we watching for? Let me just say this: if we are so busy with the things in life that we rarely take the time to read the living Word of God, listen to the Holy Spirit of God, and commune with God our Father in prayer, how can we expect to see what He wants us to be “looking” for? In case you haven’t noticed, our redemption IS drawing near! Look around you. That time is almost here. So let’s be ready, and be watching!
Lord, help us not neglect the precious resources You have given us, to help keep our hearts and minds looking up for Your promised return!

We are one day closer to the return of the One who saves us by His grace, the Lord Jesus Christ! Keep looking up!
“For the grace of God has appeared that offers salvation to all people. It teaches us to say “No” to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age, while we wait for the blessed hope—the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ, who gave himself for us to redeem us from all wickedness and to purify for himself a people that are his very own, eager to do what is good.” – Titus 2:11-14
Let these verses sink in, for Paul covers all the bases of what God has done for us, and all by His loving grace. He “appeared” to JUSTIFY us by the sacrifice of His Son and to give us a new life by His grace, and to SANCTIFY us by His grace, teaching us to live “godly lives” by the power of His Spirit, and finally, to GLORIFY us by His grace, on the Day of His appearing determined by the Father that we “wait” for. What an amazing gift God’s redeeming grace is! I pray it’s a gift we’ll use every day!
Lord, may we always live in the light of Your glorious grace on our Mission for You! God bless you all!
We are one day closer to the return of the One who has won the battle over the devil, our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ! Keep looking up!
“The coming of the lawless one will be in accordance with how Satan works. He will use all sorts of displays of power through signs and wonders that serve the lie, and all the ways that wickedness deceives those who are perishing. They perish because they refused to love the truth and so be saved.” – 2 Thessalonians 2:9-10
From the first time that the Adversary said, “Did God really say…” (Genesis 3:1), the Word of Truth has been under attack. And the list of how God’s Word and those who follow the Truth have been attacked is endless. That is because it is “The Word of God”, the Lord Jesus Christ (Revelation 19:13), that will ultimately prevail against the devil and all his lies and deceptions that have led countless souls to a godless eternity. And Satan is not done yet. The greatest deception is still to come, and the conditions in our world are ripe for the Deceiver to make his move. And when he does, it may appear that his deception is working, but it will ultimately be his biggest mistake. “And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord Jesus will overthrow with the breath of his mouth and destroy by the splendor of his coming” (2 Thessalonians 2:8). Praise God Almighty!
Brothers and sisters, let’s make sure we put on the full armor of God every day so that we don’t fall victim to the devil’s attacks. And may the Lord give us the boldness and the strength to faithfully share the Truth of His Word, that many may be saved from what is coming!
Lord, give us the wisdom we need to help others see the deceptions of our enemy and come to the saving truth of Your Word, for Your glory! Amen. God bless you all on our Mission today!

“May the Lord make your love increase and overflow for each other and for everyone else, just as ours does for you. May he strengthen your hearts so that you will be blameless and holy in the presence of our God and Father when our Lord Jesus comes with all his holy ones.” – 1 Thessalonians 3:12-13
If you could be granted ONE wish, what would it be? That is a question that, from time to time, I’m sure we’ve all heard. And although it is a rhetorical question, still, what would your answer truly be? I’m not going to speculate on what some responses might be, but, having just a bit of knowledge of what has gone on in the world over time, may I share what my wish would be? It would be for God’s perfect love to become the new way of life for everyone in the world, and that it would, as Paul writes, “increase and overflow for each other and for everyone else”.
Think of what that might look like. Could that ever happen? Yes, in fact, that day is coming! But it won’t happen as the result of a wish. It will only come about due to the ultimate creation of “a new heaven and a new earth where righteousness dwells” (2 Peter 3:13), AND the transforming power of the Gospel for anyone who will believe and trust in Jesus as their Savior. My prayer for all who read this is that they have placed their faith in the only One who can answer that wish — the Lord Jesus Christ, who died for us, that we might truly live in His love forever!
Lord, although our time here may be short, help us to be an expression of Your love to all we meet, on our Mission for You, every day! God bless you all!
We are one day closer to the return of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, the One who is coming to save us from the coming wrath! Keep looking up!
“For God did not appoint us to suffer wrath but to receive salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ. He died for us so that, whether we are awake or asleep, we may live together with him. Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing.” – 1 Thessalonians 5:9-11
It doesn’t take much to see how evil and disturbing things have become in the world. And the deeper you dig, the darker it becomes. But we, as believers in Jesus Christ, have hope in the promises of God to encourage and build us up as we serve the One who gave His life so that we may live with Him! Keep up the good work, brothers and sisters, and be encouraged. I think the Day we are all waiting for will be here soon!
May the living hope we have in Jesus, encourage and comfort each one of us, as we serve Him on our Mission today, waiting for our blessed tomorrow! God bless you all!

The following video gives very compelling information on the possible return of the Lord in the year 2030. As you watch, keep in mind that God’s Word teaches there will be 7 years of tribulation BEFORE the return of Jesus to planet earth. And before that 7 year period, He will come to rescue His Bride (all born-again believers in Jesus). He doesn’t want anyone to go through those 7 years. But like the Ark saved Noah and his family, and the blood on the door-posts saved the children of Israel in Egypt, God sent Jesus to save us from what is coming on a world that has turned away from the truth. I hope you will give it a watch. It may just change your life. “For whosoever will call upon the name of the Lord, will be saved.” – Romans 10:13

“The Spirit clearly says that in later times some will abandon the faith and follow deceiving spirits and things taught by demons.” – 1 Timothy 4:1
We believe God’s Word teaches the Lord will come to remove His Bride, all born-again believers in Jesus Christ, to keep us “from the hour of trial which shall come upon the whole world, to test those who dwell on the earth” (Revelation 3:10). When that happens, following “deceiving spirits and things taught by demons” will be the norm. It’s no wonder Jesus said, “But when the Son of Man comes, will He find faith on the earth?” (Luke 18:8).
Brothers and sisters, I pray we all continue to do the work He has given us “while it is day; the night is coming when no one can work” (John 9:4). Let’s be diligent to “contend for the faith” (Jude 1:3), and ask the Lord to use us to reach those we know that they may be saved from what is to come. May our prayer be like that of Paul, “Brothers, my heart’s desire and prayer to God concerning them is for their salvation!” – Romans 10:1
Lord, may our faith be seen in all we do on our Mission for You, until You return! May God bless you all!

“For we say this to you by a revelation from the Lord: We who are still alive at the Lord’s coming will certainly have no advantage over those who have fallen asleep. For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the archangel’s voice, and with the trumpet of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are still alive will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air and so we will always be with the Lord. Therefore encourage one another with these words.” – 1 Thessalonians 4:15-18
With all the distressing things going on in the world, I pray this passage is an encouragement to you! The Lord said what we are seeing would happen. However, He is coming to save us! He has promised there WILL BE a catching away of believers to save us from what is coming upon the world! So, “look up, for your redemption is drawing near!” (Luke 21:28).
Lord, grant us boldness to share the Good News with others as we wait for Your promised return, and help us to keep our eyes and ears open as we serve You on our Mission every day! God bless you all!

Why have I been invited to this?
Because God, in His great love, actually desires to see everyone at this special occasion! And He has extended this invitation to all the people in the world, and that includes YOU!

“For you are saved by grace through faith, and this is not from yourselves; it is God’s gift, not from works, so that no one can boast.” – Ephesians 2:8-9
By believing in Jesus, He reserves a special place for you in His Father’s house where all the celebration will begin!
“In My Father’s house are many dwelling places; if not, I would have told you. I am going away to prepare a place for you. If I go away and prepare a place for you, I will come back and receive you to Myself, so that where I am you may be also.”– John 14:2-3
“I bestow on you a kingdom, just as My Father bestowed one on Me, so that you may eat and drink at My table in My kingdom.” – Luke 22:29-30
Can I be sure this is true? Yes! You can trust the One who loves you, and gave His life for you. God’s word tells us:
“But God proves His own love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us!” – Romans 5:8
“I have written these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, so that you may know that you have eternal life.” – 1 John 5:13
Why is this important? Because it’s the only way to be saved from the penalty of our sin. And sadly, there are people who will not reserve their place by responding to the invitation, because they simply don’t believe it.
“Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved.” – Acts 12:4
“Anyone who believes in Him is not condemned, but anyone who does not believe is already condemned, because he has not believed in the name of the One and Only Son of God.”– John 3:18
“For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.” – Romans 6:23
